Don is an American living in Kyiv Ukraine for the last 3 years.   He is the world expert on retiring to Ukraine from the USA because he has successfully done everything except get married here.

When you arrive in Kiev, Don is likely to be one of the people waiting outside customs and the baggage area for you.  He will be one of your primary contacts in your first trip as a tourist, and you will probably get invited to a party at his apartment.

Don is our primary IT expert and this website is his creation.  The picture is not really his personality unless you happen to be a genocidal Communist.
