There are legitimate reasons to visit Ukraine, even if you are not a single man tired of being
alone. There is plenty to do from skiing in the Carpathian Mountains to the Black Sea
beaches to the cities of Kyiv and Lviv. You will not be bored.
Tourism in Ukraine is not without challenges but we are here to help.
As an American, you can visit Ukraine for 90 days without a visa. Just bring a current passport
and a modest amount of American cash and either a MasterCharge or Visa credit card. We will arrange the
rest of your trip for you, from finding a hotel or furnished apartment to taking you to Bukovel or the
Caribbean Club in Kiev. You will be met at the airport by you English speaking guide and driver.
You will visit world class restaurants and interesting museums and if there is a medical or dental emergency
you will have help.
Retirement in Ukraine.
If you are looking for a place to retire, you should be a tourist first. It is not
straightforward to buy real estate in Ukraine but we have done exactly that. So why
would you want to live in Ukraine? Well imagine buying a condo in a city of almost 3 million
people and all the advantages of a major European city. Imagine not standing out like a sore thumb
when you leave your gated community home and walking safely on the street even if it is near midnight and
you are an elderly couple. Imagine not needing a car, paying less than $50 a month in condo
fees, paying nothing in real estate property taxes and paying utilities that cost less than in the
USA. Imagine a maid that washes the windows and charges $5 an hour and won't steal your
jewelry. Imagine great restaurants that charge half what a comparable American restaurant
charges. Imagine living very well on Social Security alone - not worrying about what things cost.
Business investment in Ukraine.
The cost of labor in Ukraine is very low. We could tell you how low, but you would not believe us
unless you come and see for yourself. If your business is labor intensive, you need to strongly
consider Ukraine. But come as a tourist first.
